Into the wild – the gorgeous styled photoshoot you need to see now!
From bell tents to gorgeous stationery and a fabulous feast, there’s plenty of food for thought in this stunning Glencoe styled shoot, by Ella Mai Elopements.
Photography duo Oli and Steph and the rest of the team prove you can elope exactly how you want!
“Glencoe is one of Scotland’s most popular elopement destinations, which is evident with its breathtaking landscapes of mountains, lochs and forests,” says Ella, of Ella Mai Elopements.
“It really is just the perfect spot to have a wild Scottish elopement and so this was one of my main inspirations behind creating this styled shoot.
“I’m a big believer that elopement days should be completely about the couple and all their favourite things, which was another big inspiration – to showcase what could be possible for their elopement; a beautifully styled bell tent picnic with a delicious spread of food and drink, with the stunning background of sweeping mountains.
“Cimpled by the stunning contrast of colours with the flowers, adding a pop of pinks and oranges, against the muted colours of Glencoe.”
Working on an elopement shoot was totally natural for husband and wife team Oli and Steph.
They specialise in elopements and actually eloped themselves, marrying in Hawaii and then following up with an eight-week honeymoon counting albatrosses as part of a conservation project.
“Maybe it’s our love of seabirds that sets us apart. That makes us crave adventure and long to spread our wings,” they say.
“Maybe that’s why elopements feel so important to us – they give you the freedom to let your ideas fly.”
And the pictures from this shoot show just how free-spirited an elopement can be.
Just imagine taking off to Glencoe with just your other half, a celebrant and witnesses to say ‘I do’ however you feel!
Models Becca and Grant are another real life couple working on this shoot.
Their suit and dress are their own and we love how Becca’s look was elevated from cute white dress to boho bridal with cute accessories from Saint Beth Official and Sarah Brown Jewellery.
Opting for an elopement doesn’t mean you have to cut back on amazing food, fab flowers and epic styling.
How gorgeous does this wedding picnic by Platter and Pop look, set up expertly outside the Slumber Tent Party Co bell tent with gorgeous blooms by B. Bonnie Flowers.
If you choose to go your own way and take inspiration from this shoot we reckon you’re guaranteed a truly unforgettable day.
