Oran Mor was the only venue we went to see and from the moment we arrived we knew it was the one. The place is so unique from the usual and has so much character, and honestly, the staff are incredible! Barry is honestly an angel on earth, nothing was a bother and he was so incredibly helpful, I’m so happy he was our coordinator because he just got it! The ceremony, the turn around, making sure all our little details were included and also the FOOD!!! The meal and the buffet were fantastic I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. I could be here for days bigging this venue up…If you’re thinking of booking Oran Mor for your big day, do it, it’s such a special place!

Review 2 – Our Wedding at Òran Mór

We absolutely loved our wedding day at Òran Mór. It was beautiful, a day of absolute JOY and we cannot recommend Òran Mór and the team there enough. Òran Mór is an amazing, one-of-a-kind venue. It is an incredible space with great variety that matched the energy throughout our wedding day. 

The grand, candlelit auditorium was perfect for the romance of our ceremony, before transforming into an equally beautiful and epic space for our joyous celebrations in the evening. Fonn Mor, where our drinks reception took place, was also such a great vibe and set our guests up for a magical day ahead. The food was delicious and so many of our guests have told us about how amazing their dinner was too. Being able to try our menu beforehand was a great experience as well. The team at Òran Mór will alleviate any stresses you might have. 

Barry and the whole wedding team did everything to ensure our day happened exactly how we wanted it. Their kindness, enthusiasm and energy were infectious. No request was too big, no ideas were too crazy, no questions were too silly. Everything was perfect and it was down to everyone who worked there. If you have a precise vision, Barry will make sure you have it. If you don’t, he will offer his own thoughts and advice which are always in line with your vision. We are so grateful to have had him as our co-ordinator. He is such a genuine man and every moment in his company was a joy. Barry, we couldn’t have done it without you! 

Òran Mór will give you and your guests so much fun. It is a venue designed for a party. Every part of our day was made better by the space we were in. When the tables were moved and the band started up, it became clear why so many gigs are played in the venue. We danced the whole night, only stopping to take a breath and appreciate how amazing our day was. Òran Mór, and Barry and his colleagues, made our wedding day as special as it was. If you book, you will not regret it. We couldn’t recommend it enough! Big love to the Òran Mór team!
