What size do you stock?
At Frox, we stock sizes 6 to 36 and several of our designers also offer made-to-order options above a size 36.
Do you have in-house alterations?
We work closely with a highly experienced independent seamstress who has been trusted with our ladies and fabrics for many years. We’ll be happy to arrange an appointment for you with her if alterations are required.
Is there parking at Frox?
There are several convenient options for parking when you visit us. We recommend checking signage for up-to-date charges and time limits before you leave your car:
- Blue Badge Parking: Available right on the street directly in front of Frox for easy access.
- Melville Street Car Park: Just a short walk away. Please note there is a parking charge here.
- Falkirk Retail Park: Another nearby option with additional spaces if Melville Street is busy.
What is your price range?
Our collections start at around £250, with the majority of outfits ranging between £500 and £750. We aim to offer beautiful occasion wear at a variety of price points, ensuring there’s something special to suit different styles and budgets.
Do you have accessible changing facilities?
Yes, Frox is fully on one level with direct street access, and we have accessible fitting rooms available for your comfort and convenience.
Do I need to book an appointment, or can I walk in?
We are open 7 days a week and recommend booking in advance, as we are often extremely busy. However, we will always do our best to accommodate walk-in visitors if a style consultant is available.
When does your new collection arrive?
Our Spring/Summer collections begin arriving from the end of December, with the full range available by the end of March. Our Autumn/Winter collections start to arrive from July onwards.
What are your opening hours?
Don’t leave it too late, collections are seasonal, so shopping early gives you the best choice. Come in with an open mind, as you might surprise yourself in a style you hadn’t considered.

Monday to Friday: 10am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Sunday: 11am – 4pm

Absolutely! Your friends and family know you best, so we recommend bringing someone whose opinion you truly value. Sometimes, a bride may want her Mum or a loved one to have input on her look – if that’s the case, bring them along.
We can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests during your appointment. If you’d like to bring more, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Too many opinions can sometimes be overwhelming, so keeping your group small helps you focus on finding the perfect outfit and enjoying the experience.
