Fruin Farm is set in the foothills of Loch Lomond, a mere 40 minute drive from Glasgow. A bright, warm wedding venue that is both quaint and cool, it’s a truly charming place to have and to hold your big day. Specialising in small, intimate weddings for a maximum of 60 people, everything they do is completely about you. With no packages or pressure to conform to the norm, design a day that is a true reflection of who you both are.
The whole farm is exclusively yours; you decide how you want to use the space and they will support your vision and create it for you. Whether it’s in the 200 year-old barn, full of elegant, rustic character, the snug with its open fire, or in the steading that is all wow with its twinkling lights and panoramic views of the surrounding hills and Loch, Fruin Farm is the blank canvas upon which to paint your perfect day.
There is also an on-site wedding suite available for the day and your wedding night. Included with the venue is a dedicated wedding planning team who will aid you throughout as well as oversee the smooth running on the day, allowing you to relax and enjoy the most special of days.

We got married at Fruin Farm on the 20th of May 2025, and it’s hard to put into words just how special the entire experience was. From our very first visit, we knew it was the right place – not just because of how beautiful the setting is, but because of the incredible team behind it. Wayne, Rebecca, and everyone at Fruin Farm were a joy to work with. They were warm, organised, and struck the perfect balance between being hands-on when needed and giving us space to soak in the moments.
The whole day flowed effortlessly – from the planning to the day itself and even the morning after – and that was all down to how smoothly everything was handled. What stood out most was how personal it all felt. Guests were so impressed with the venue, the location and the rustic charm of it all.
We made use of all of their beautiful spaces throughout the day, which helped create such a natural flow – from the relaxed start to the intimate ceremony and lively dancing in the main room by the bar. The barn, in particular, completely stole our hearts – rustic, charming, and full of warmth, it was the perfect setting to say our vows.
After visiting several venues, Fruin Farm was in a league of its own. It offered everything we had hoped for – a relaxed, rustic, welcoming space with a team who genuinely care. It felt like home for the day, and we wouldn’t have changed a thing.
Fruin Farm was the first and last place we viewed for our wedding venue. As so as we walked in we knew this was the place for us. The venue was stunning and the outlook onto the farm was amazing.
Wayne and Rebecca made everything so easy, nothing was too much trouble. Their attention to detail was superb and the standard of decorations provided by them was brilliant. The staff were brilliant throughout and always happy to help several guests commented on how slick the service was over the day. The meal was excellent and catering for people with dietary requirements was no problem at all for Wayne and Rebecca. They even ordered in specific alcohol to suit one of the dietary requirements. Can’t thank them enough for all their efforts and help for the big day and I would highly recommend to anybody that wants a stunning location and top quality service with a personal touch.
We had the most incredible day, everything that Wayne, Rebecca and the staff did on the day and the lead up to the wedding was fantastic.
The staff, service, food and wine was incredible. Everyone was raving about the food and wine. Can’t thank them enough.
We were blown away with how great they were with my gran and her dietary requirements. It can be really tricky but she was so happy.
We got married at Fruin Farm on the 18th of July 2023. We had the most amazing day, and cannot thank Wayne, Rebecca, Tammie and everyone at Fruin Farm enough. From the planning process all the way to the day after the wedding everything ran so smooth and it honestly felt perfect. They all managed to strike a great balance between being professional, and also feeling like another one of our guests as they were really lovely and we got on with them great. They had a knack for knowing when we needed them, and left us alone when we needed that too. Everything was taken care of and surprisingly i felt super chill the whole day.
We used all three of their spaces at varying points which really helped define each point of the day. All spaces were lovely but there is a special place in my heart for the barn where we had our ceremony and ceilidh. It’s such a lovely rustic and intimate space.
We researched lots of venues and saw a few in person, but none of them were even half as good as Fruin Farm. Fruin Farm give you what i couldn’t find anywhere else. A friendly, intimate, stressfree, rustic and amazingly priced wedding venue.
What can I say,
Wayne and Rebecca have an amazing business and they are lovely people. If you are looking for an intimate, personal wedding look no further. From start to finish they made us feel welcome, put our worries at ease, and just so friendly.
Fruin farm itself is just so beautiful and a hidden gem! We had the best time here!
