First up – raw green botanics…
Fresh green botanics is one of this season’s stand-out themes so of course we had to include it in our latest styled photoshoot.
Our location for this edit was Pratis Barns near Leven in Fife and the venue’s Stables, the main ceremony space, was the perfect location for the raw greens look.
The space easily accommodates 150 guests to witness your vows and with its bare stone walls, high ceilings and fairy lights, it’s beautifully romantic and atmospheric.
Plus, there was a definite rustic feel, with the wall’s moss blending perfectly with our tablescape.
Roni and Cait of décor company All Wrapped Up Events Scotland worked with florist Cherry Blossom to create this stunning look.
“Our vision was to keep everything light and fresh, allowing the flowers to pop!” Roni says.

Roni and Cait used a white linen tablecloth with rattan placemats and clear beaded charger plates with sage napkins, assorted gold candlesticks and taper candles in shades of green and ivory to keep the table light and fresh and give the flowers the perfect backdrop.
“When deciding what blooms to use to create the raw green look we kept to fresh crisp white spring-like flowers and zesty lime greens,” explains Laura of Cherry Blossom.
“We used white stock, white lisianthus, white hydrangeas, white fluffy ranunculus, white tulips and the zesty lime viburnum as the touch of green to make the white flowers pop.
“We knew as soon as we saw the brief we just had to incorporate moss balls, adding to that raw botanic look and helping to create more texture and interest.”
Laura and colleague Kate decided on a main focal point of a large glass compote bowl with an arrangement, surrounded by the moss balls and bud glass vases with more flowers.
“This look can be created for long banquet tables or clustered in the centre of round tables,” adds Laura.

Three-and-a-half-tier minimalistic wafer paper cake with complementary florals (POA), The Kilted Cake Company. This on-trend cake has hundreds of individually hand-cut and placed wafer paper elements covering the fondant cake for a modern, striking look.

Starca Designs provided the stationery for this look from their ‘Verdant Vows’ collection, where fresh greenery meets modern elegance.
Nicky from the company says, “This collection embraces lush green hues, paired with clear and frosted acrylic for a sleek, luxurious aesthetic.
“We used recycled cotton to craft a soft, flowing welcome sign, beautifully elevated with rustic hessian ribbon.
“Every detail in the stationery is thoughtfully designed, featuring delicate eucalyptus and white rose florals for a timeless, romantic touch.”
Enchanted Garden’ cake in a mix of edible mediums (POA), YiShi Cake. This design draws inspiration from nature, featuring a fresh, earthy colour palette of lush greenery, creamy whites and organic textures, capturing the beauty of a garden in full bloom with every sugar piece thoughtfully placed to mimic the plant and leaves growing freely.
Raw green botanics can be interpreted a number of ways and All Wrapped Up Events Scotland and Cherry Blossom decided to switch up their tablescape slightly, with a different second look.
Roni and Cait used clear beaded charger plates this time with olive napkins, assorted gold candle holders and candles in shades of green and ivory.
Roni says, “We work with our couples to build their own bespoke package to ensure they get exactly the day and décor they want while being respectful of their budget.
“We quote everything individually, so the couple receive a ‘wish list’ to choose from.
“They can also come to the showroom where they can see everything in person and create their own tablescapes.”
