About this business
Celebrate People is a multi-belief organisation based on humanist values. We conduct ceremonies as well as providing support and counselling. Our highly trained and experienced celebrants represent our humanist values of love, kindness, equality, compassion, inclusion and respect. We believe that you two are central and will support you to make sure that your ceremony reflects and expresses what is important to you, your lives, your culture.
We can provide excellent Spanish, French and Italian speaking celebrants to make sure everyone is included.
We simply want you to feel cared for and supported to express your love and commitment in the way that means most to you in that special moment. You may celebrate with family and friends or run away just the two of you. Whatever you choose we are there to help you have your perfect ceremony.
We are there for you from the moment you start to think about what you want for your ceremony all the way through to you leaving for the rest of your celebrations. For most that includes making sure all the legal details are taken care of in the right way and in the right place. If you need guidance on what to include on your ceremony, we are there with many ideas and support to help you choose the best words and elements for you both.
All of our celebrants are brilliant at listening and helping as little or as much as you need them to put what is you want to say into words. For some couples this is easy, others less so. Wherever you fall on that scale we will support you in your ceremony development in preparation for the main event. Symbols and customs can strengthen what you want to say and all of us can include handfasting, drinking from the quaich, sand ceremony and many more.

My husband and I would like to say a massive ” Thank You” to Mo , our wonderful celebrant, who married us in May. Mo was amazing to work with . We had similar ideas , and with her experience , it all came together on our special day. She gave us so much help and advice , and support , allowing us to relax and enjoy our lovely service. We always thought the best part of the wedding was after the ceremony when the party happens, but both myself and Laura woke up the day after and immediately both said our favourite part of the day was our ceremony – it was honestly just perfect! Every single thing about it was spot-on, and I can’t recommend Tina enough!
I can’t put into words how special meeting Tina was, and how exceptional she made our wedding day!
My new WIFE and I first met her outside of our wedding venue by chance, and I am so glad we did! I think we booked her the next day – her vibe and energy was just so us, and she’s just an all-round great human being!
The communication from our first meeting, right up until and post-wedding were outstanding and I hope the voice notes continue!
Seriously though, Tina was on-hand to advise on all of the legal bits of our marriage which was a massive help and worked her magic to make our ceremony really personal and our own.
Tina told our story so beautifully and comically and captured the happiness and love we share in such a genuine way. This is something that all of our guests felt, especially our families – I think everyone was crying from start to finish, and have praised so much after the wedding!
The improv on the day was great and again, widely praised – getting married on the hottest day of the year wasn’t an easy task but we did manage a few on-trend Hydration breaks! She also involved those most important to us in key parts of the ceremony which was amazing and made everyone feel so included.
We would do it all again tomorrow if we could.
