“We go above and beyond what you see on your plates. We want to take the stress off you and create the perfect day you imagine.”

Next, the wedding team will provide you with a detailed quote and if you decide Saltire Hospitality’s ‘The One’ you’ll experience a private menu tasting to savour your favourite dishes from the menu or explore bespoke ideas and then give feedback.

“We’re here to accommodate any changes or adjustments to ensure your menu is perfectly aligned with your vision,” says Kate.

Menus as unique as you

In the past you could pretty much guess any three-course wedding menu in advance, but things have changed.

“We’ve observed an exciting trend in mixed service styles,” says Kate.

“Many couples are now opting for a combination of plated courses with additional palate cleansers and intermediate courses, often complemented by the inclusion of visually stunning sharing dessert boards, creating a grand and impressive spread.

These modern interpretations not only make a visual statement but also infuse an element of fun and excitement, allowing us to introduce creative and surprising elements to each bite.”

It’s not just the food that’s undergone a reinvention. Saltire Hospitality has also noticed an increased interest in the drinks options.

“While classic champagne towers are undeniably elegant and timeless, the current trend for adding bespoke cocktails, couples’ cocktails and wine-paired menus further elevates the overall dining experience,” Kate adds.

Locally sourced and sustainable

Another way Saltire Hospitality ensures it is in step with its couples is by sourcing all ingredients locally.

Culinary director Bran Jankovic personally handpicks all the suppliers based on their ethical practices, quality of their products and their proximity to Saltire Hospitality’s operations.

“Knowing the precise source of our produce is vital as firstly, it allows us to guarantee the highest quality and freshness for our wedding menus, and secondly, it aligns with our commitment to sustainability, ensuring our sourcing practices have a minimal impact on the environment,” says Bran.

“This philosophy is also of great importance to couples.

“Many are not only looking for delicious and beautifully presented dishes but also wish to support local businesses and reduce the environmental impact of their wedding.”

So, you can rest easy your hospitality is adhering to stringent sustainable practices while savouring the overall vibe.

“It’s all about creating a truly unforgettable and immersive dining experience that reflects the unique tastes and personalities of each couple,” says Kate.
